In December 2021, a new loyalty e-wallet, Swapi was launched, which would help the British customers to redeem loyalty points which got expired. Swapi allows users to link all their loyalty cards from their favorite retailers in one app. Most importantly, the customer can access the expired loyalty points through Swapi’s in-app currency called Swapi points. 

The customers can buy products from the brands such as Deliveroo, Hotels.com, FitFlop, Last minute.com, Elizabeth Arden, and One4all Gift Cards, available on the app’s marketplace. Notably, the marketplace Swapi features almost 300 affiliated brands, where the user can shop from their favorite retailer or brand against accumulated Swapi Points.

Also, these points can be redeemed for accessing exclusive rewards, which include products, experiences, gift cards, and more.

The company holds future plans of allowing the customers to use loyalty currencies interchangeably between programs as per their choice, thus allowing consumers with complete flexibility across the loyalty programs. Therefore, the customers would not be liable to buy products of the brands that have loyalty points. The futuristic strategy of the company will attract a significant customer base, thus helping the company generate revenue in the long run.

The company is also providing early bird offer to the customers who will join the Swapi app early, thus securing 250 Swapi Points, which can be used immediately. Therefore, with the app launch, immediately the company is likely to capture customers with the early bird strategy.

Moreover, the app allows the users to earn their Swapi Points balance by referring to friends or family for signing up, and each party receives bonus points which can be spent by the user immediately.

The innovative app has an intention to raise £2 million funds to build out the app and use the funds to make it available globally in order to benefit as many consumers and retailers as possible. Thus, Swapi is expected to attract customers as well as investors with such an innovative app. Moreover, with this unique app, the company is likely to engage in exciting partnerships shaping the future of brand loyalty and reaping profit in the long run.
